To provide a supportive environment for the teaching and practice of Zen Buddhism.
To actualize the principles and practices of Zen Buddhism through family, community, work, the arts, and service to others.
To ensure the continuation of this teaching and practice for future generations.
The act of generous giving in the Buddhist tradition is referred to as Dana. The perfection of generosity is realized when we give with joy and without constraints. In this way, we transcend our separateness one from the other and realize the third of the Three Pure Precepts—to do good for others.
In this spirit of generosity, you may support Prajna Zendo by giving Dana to the capital fund to improve our facilities, to the general fund to expand our teaching, and/or provide for our teachers. This much needed funding enables Prajna Zendo to meet our mission.
We also encourage you to become a member of our Sangha. These member donations are used for the general upkeep and maintenance of our place of coming together to enhance and mature our practice.
We profoundly thank you for any support you can provide to help us save all sentient beings by realizing the oneness of all creation.
Prajna Zendo is a not for profit, 501(c)3, religious organization. All donations are tax-deductible. We now accept credit cards at the zendo.
